the location is excellent. it makes it easy to get around. plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby. there is a generous supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. it's a nice touch.
the room was very small. it had no cooking facilities and refrigerator.

fresh bedding clean shower helpful staff
i found the bedding fresh. the room had both a clean shower room and tidy spaces. staff members seemed friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed the tea and coffee facilities in the room.
the hotel manager told me that some facilities mentioned online were unavailable. this meant i had to buy essential items like body wash and drinking water. this caused some inconvenience .

the hotel benefits from a very convenient situation. it is close to victoria train station and underground. a bus pick up point for harry potter studios is easily accessible from here.

This was my second visit. The front desk staff was friendly, and they remembered me from my previous stay! I received a room upgrade, which I found very nice. The room was clean and well-equipped. I observed that all amenities were in good working order.
The lift is a bit small. Only one person with luggage fits at a time.

The location was convenient. It was a short walk to Pimlico Underground Station. The hotel offered a generous supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk in the room. Everything was super clean..
I was on the top floor. The room had a small window with views of rooftops. The bins were not emptied. The carpet and walls were filthy.
